Italy,Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Spain, Brazil, UAE, Singapore, Taiwan, HongKong, Czech Rep., France, Great Britain and Philippines. It was a very strong tournament with some surprising results and also some news teams displaying a great development and growth from the previous FITB events!
In the female category, with 10 countries taking part, the expected final was confirmed with Taiwan x Siwtzerland, however, in the end of the thirds period there was still a draw (49x49) and the teams had to play extra 5 minutes, when finally Taiwan ended up as the champion (56x53).
In the male competition, with 14 teams competing, the surprise in the final was Italy facing Taiwan. Despite of the final result in favor to Taiwan (79x49), the Italians displayed a great level of amazing attacks and defenses.

Before the finals there was also an amazing presentation of WheelChair Tchoukball with two teams from Italy ! That is a great job the the Italian Federation is developing with the support of the ParaOlympic Commettee from Italy. The FITB ranking has now new faces and some teams are improving and they are no longer how they were used to be.
The Emarati male team had a good participation and after wining against France (56x44) and Czech Rep.(54x49) finished in the 9th position in the general ranking. Mabrook ! On the 8th of august, was held an open beach tchoukball with mixed teams from all the countries participating in the WTC.
